UPS Ground and USPS Priority Mail is offered as our standard courier service options. Shipping rates will vary by order size and weight. Shipping options and rates can be viewed during the checkout process. Orders containing large and/or heavy items may be subject to additional shipping charges. Customers will be notified of any shipping rate adjustments prior to being charged. Shipping is available for domestic US addresses only. We do not offer international shipping.

Please ensure that all shipping information provided at the time of order placement is correct. The "teach me" Store will not be held responsible for orders delivered to a wrong address as a result of incorrect information having been provided to us with your order. 

Although shipping issues can happen, we try our best to make sure that our customers are taken care of. A product replacement or refund will be granted in the event of damaged or missing items. To begin a claim please contact our customer service department at info@teachmestorecom. Claims must be made within three business days of delivery. When submitting a claim please be sure to include your name, order number, description of the damage/shortage, along with any accompanying photo(s) of the product(s). If possible, please try to have any damages properly notated with the delivery driver. Please allow 1-3 business days for a reply.
